¡Hola!
My name is Jennie de Diago and I am your Spanish teacher. I have been teaching Spanish here at Bishop England High School since 2007. I absolutely love the Spanish language, people and culture. My hopes are that you too will discover something new and exciting in the language.
I obtained a BA degree at the University of Central Florida with a focus on Psychology, Teaching and Communications. After graduation, I moved to a small ski town in the Northern part of Spain called Vielha, Spain. There I taught English as a Foreign Language to the elementary and high school students. For the next 2 years, I lived and worked in Madrid and Tarragona, Spain teaching all ages and levels English.
I am extremely excited about the opportunity to teach your child Spanish this year and am looking forward to meeting each of you at parent/teacher conferences.
